Dog Lodging / Overnight Care
You don’t want to leave them with just anyone.
We know that customers have numerous choices as to the place they can pick to board their canine companion. Our lodging services are designed with the best interest of the pup in mind PLUS providing "all-inclusive" care so human clients don't have to overthink their dog family care needs while they are separated. We believe this approach to dog lodging makes us stand out from the competition and provides a valuable service to all that trust us with their fur friends.
Our overnight dog care includes*:
- Daily suite cleaning services, information regarding eating habits and medication each night.
- Comfortable bedding, sanitized water & food bowls
- Room Service - up to THREE (3) meals based on home feeding schedule. No free feeding.
- THREE (3) to FOUR (4) individual outdoor bathroom breaks throughout the day.
- Distribution of medication/supplements as prescribed/needed (a fee will be accessed for any medication treat provided by the Inn in order to administer required medication/supplement).
- Mental/Physical Activity:
- Includes TWO (2) Enrichment Activities OR Dog Daycare
- ALL guests must pass a social evaluation PRIOR to acceptance in group play sessions.
- Nighttime report card (Pictures included. Check-ins after 4pm will receive their report card the next night)
All of our indoor facilities are climate controlled to provide constant comfort for your pet(s) all year round. We have aromatherapy stations throughout our facility to promote a relaxing atmosphere for all our canine guests, as well as top-of-the-line air purification stations in all the lodging spaces. If you believe your pet would benefit from additional attention/exercise or a day spa service, please let us know. We can assist you on what options we have that would best benefit your pup while he/she is staying at The Inn. All pets are housed in our enclosed suites with 24/7 monitored care.

Rates & Personal Belongings
Dog lodging rates start at only $57 per day. If you have multiple canine companions, please inquire about our discount for dog families that can lodge together in one of our suites. Call one of our reservation specialists for help deciding which accommodation is best for your pet(s) (a deposit may be required for certain reservations). Are you and your pup wanting to bring items from home? If so, before you pack your pup's bags, please take note of the following:
- Only TWO (2) personal items from home are permitted per pet. Any additional items presented at check in will need to be taken back home with the pet parent.
- All belongings and items from home must be items that your pet can have unsupervised. For your pet’s safety no items that are considered choking hazards, such as rawhide bones, will be permitted. Additionally, pets can sometimes chew or tear up items they typically would not in the home environment, when staying with us. If your pet is chewing or tearing up their belongings, we will remove them from your pet’s room for their safety.
- Kritter Kare's Howliday Inn is not responsible if your pet ingests a belonging brought from home.
- Please label both of your pet’s belongings prior to arriving.

The staff at Howliday Inn aim to alleviate any anxiety that may occur for both you and your pet during the lodging process. That’s why we offer the option of ONE FREE OVERNIGHT STAY to introduce you and your fur family to our dog care services at the Inn.
Our Doggie Slumber Party service includes:
- One Free Night of Lodging
- TWO (2) Enrichment Services, OR...
- A Daycare Social Evaluation* (to confirm if your pup/pups are candidates for dog group play during their stay).
Doggie Slumber Parties are only available on Mondays through Thursdays and are subject to availability. Other requirements & restrictions may apply. Contact us to learn more about this dog lodging service.

After careful consideration and research into what pets and their families like/need when they are away from one another, we have created a menu of high-quality care items that reflect our mission to provide customizable, exceptional care at a reasonable price.

- Activity Bundle
- Best way to give your pup extra mental & physical stimulation. Photos plus notes about how your pup enjoyed their 1-2-1 activity shared in the nightly report card. May include a nature hike, sniff-fari, individual playtime, treat puzzle, etc.
- Senior Love Bundle
- Extra potty breaks, upgraded bedding and senior cuddle time.
- Pawfect Puppy Bundle
- Extra potty breaks, puppy pads, playtime and busy bone treat.
- 1-2-1 Focused Development
- Available on Sat and/or Sun. May include nature hike, individual playtime, basic obedience, treat puzzle, craft project, etc.
- Cuddle Time
- Video Session
- Midday treat (Kong or Seasonal Frozen Treat)
