Kritter Kare's Howliday Inn Reservation/ Appointment Request Process.

First, all of our clients must create an online profile in our client database for them and their dog(s). To access this client database, click here or the gray button in top left hand corner of the website (if using a computer, otherwise use "click here" link in this copy) titled "Howliday Inn Client Portal".  Once in the portal, existing clients enter either their client profile email address or mobile phone number as well as their profile password. New customers need to click the "Sign Up " button in order to create a client profile. Once in, fill out all the pertinent info & be sure to approve the appropriate & required online client agreements too. If you would like a copy of the agreement, please let us know.

When completing the profile, clients have the option to upload dog vaccination records. Uploading the records does NOT upload the vaccination expiration dates – these have to be manually added by Howliday Inn staff. 

If you are able to upload the vaccination records, please contact us (phone: 314-717-1738 ext 2, email: info@kkhowlidayinn.com) and let us know you have done so. That way we can get your pup’s profile completed for you so you can request services. 

Services CANNOT be requested until vaccination records are entered AND are current (not expired during the service request time frame). If you cannot upload the vaccination records, please contact your vet and request that the records be sent to us (fax: 618-939-9001, email: info@kkhowlidayinn.com). We will send you a courtesy notice once the vaccination records have been added to your dog(s) profile(s).

FYI – required current vaccinations include:

 

  1. Bordetella
  2. Rabies
  3. DHPP or DHLPP
  4. Canine Influenza
  5. Flea/Tick Preventative
  6. Clear Fecal Exam (for all dogs participating in dog daycare/group play)

Once yours and your dog’s/dogs’ profile is complete, and we have received AND entered your dog's/dogs' vaccination expiration dates into your dog's/dogs' profile page, you may request services via the online database - be sure to follow all the prompts & answer all the health questions. You may also request services by calling us (314-717-1738 ext 2) or emailing us ( info@kkhowlidayinn.com ). We will need to get your pup's/pups' health information, so it may take several minutes to complete this with you via email or by phone. Thank you for your understanding & patience!

PLEASE NOTE: completion of a reservation/appointment request does NOT guarantee a confirmed reservation/appointment. A confirmation email MUST be received in order to have a confirmed reservation/appointment. Please ensure you have a working email and do NOT opt out of email/SMS communication with our business so you will always receive the required communication with our company. Please know we will not spam clients!

Kritter Kare’s Pet Sitting Reservation Request Process

First, all pet sit requests MUST be requested no sooner than 14 days prior to the first visit.

All of our clients must create an online profile in our client database for them and their pet(s). If you are a new Kritter Kare client, to access this client database, please complete contact form on this website and specific what services are needed for what type of pets, pet visit timeframe (dates), and number of visits each day. We will reply to a client submission within 48 hours. Once we can confirm we can accommodate the pet care request, we will provide the new client with a link to the client database via email.

After the client profile is complete, we will schedule a free new client consultation with one or two pet sitters. This meeting will need to take place no more than 14 days prior to the first visit so the information reviewed is current and the pet(s) are familiar with the sitter(s) at the first visit. If a meeting is requested by the client further in advance of the first sit, the client will be charged a meeting fee of $10 per sitter attending due at the meeting.

After the meeting, the sitter(s) will complete the sit schedule as requested by the client. All schedules are made via the client database (see the button titled "Kritter Kare Pet Sitting Client Portal" at the top right-hand corner of this website) and the client will receive a pet care update via email after each visit.

Existing Kritter Kare clients are welcome to request pet care via the online database by creating the pet care schedule needed or contact us by phone (314-717-1738 ext 1) or email (info@kritterkare4u.com) and let our staff know what services are needed, what dates and timeframes for each date.
